Teaching Methods
At the International Center of Teaching Persian to Non-Persian Speakers (ICTP), we want our learners to be able to comprehend and produce Persian language in unrehearsed situations and we would make every effort to achieve this goal. It is important to note that language teaching is significantly complicated; thus, it is impossible to predict exactly what will happen in a situation as complex as the classroom. Hence, it comes as no surprise that there is not a single best teaching method. Here, at the ICTP, we use the most effective teaching methods in order to bring out the best in our learners. we expose our students to authentic materials in order to Increase their language proficiency and cultural awareness. Role-plays, pair work, and group activities, which are structured and clearly defined with specific objectives, are some our effective techniques for getting our learners into an interactive frame of mind in the classrooms. In our classes, we tend to focus not only on vocabulary, grammar, reading, speaking, listening, and writing skills, but on communication and culture as well. As you would expect, lessons are run by native teachers who are experts in teaching Persian to non-Persian speakers. Our teachers are exceedingly knowledgeable and also acquainted with the work of teaching as something emotional, physical, experiential, and cultural. They are like artists on the stage! At the ICTP, our teachers are required to constantly learn and improve their teaching skills. Moreover, they have to pass an annual test of their knowledge and skills in language teaching. Additionally, we ensure a maximum of 10 students per class in order to enhance the courses quality. We would do our utmost in this regard to meet your expectations.
